Stoked Metabolic was founded by Thomas and Kim Stokes, and we've been in your shoes.

Fifteen years ago we made all the mistakes. Magazine diets. Hours on the treadmill. Cutting every calorie we could. What did we get for it? A bad relationship with food and bodies that felt like they were working against us.

Then we figured out what the fitness industry kept missing: nobody wants to diet forever, and nobody should have to.
